Ambassador Program

Introduction:

The Vitacare Solutions Ambassador Program seeks to collaborate with people who really want to try and share their experience with our product. This program offers to try our products in exchange for a video that meets our requirements.

Video Requirements:

  • Duration: See table below.
  • Quality: Must be high resolution. We do not accept low quality videos. You can check the examples below.
  • Content: You must follow the script that we will provide you, explaining how the product works.
  • Visible Face: Your face must be shown in the video.
  • Product Condition: The product should not have fingerprints or dirt during recording.
  • The video must not contain music or subtitles.
  • We do not require you to upload the video to your social networks.

How to participate:
Send us an email to ambassador@vitacaresolutions.com with the subject "Ambassador Request", including your Instagram and/or TikTok username and the products you wish to receive. If your application is accepted, we will send you a contract and, once signed, we will proceed to send you the products.

No previous experience is necessary, we only require that you have a mobile phone with a high-resolution camera and that you are willing to test and promote the product.
NOTE: We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

By participating in our ambassador program, you grant Vitacare Solutions the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit and distribute the submitted videos across all of our social media platforms, advertising campaigns, websites and other marketing and communication channels, without any additional compensation. This right extends to any related material, such as still images, metadata, and other content generated during the creation of the video.
