  • Product is damaged during shipping

Upon receiving the product you should review it well. If you find that it has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels.

  • Defective product

For the return of a defective product, first it will be necessary to verify the defect of the product by sending photos in which it is verified that the item is really damaged or deteriorated. From here everything is at our expense.

In the case of a defective product, Vitacare Solutions takes full responsibility for all necessary expenses related to the repair, replacement or refund of the returned product. In this case, the client will be free of any expenses related to the process. 

This warranty does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper handling, improper installation or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use.

The guarantee will lose its value:

  • If some of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.
  • To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to present the proof of purchase.

  • Product does not meet your expectations

If you receive the product and it does not respond to what you were looking for, do not worry you can return it within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. To do this, you should contact Vitacare Solutions by any of the available means. It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with all its accessories.

After having received the merchandise in our warehouse and checking its status, you will receive a refund of the amount of your order, discounting the transport costs, by bank transfer.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • What are the return costs?

If you return a product due to an error on the part of Vitacare Solutions, that is, a damaged, deteriorated or defective product, we always cover all the expenses related to the return. 

If you want to return a product because it does not meet your expectations, you have to cover the shipping costs yourself.
